The Company has received Two Advance Work Orders from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh.

New Delhi: Shares of infrastructure business NCC Ltd. climbed as much as 6% amid bagging two significant state-run BSNL orders. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has given NCC Ltd two advance work orders totalling Rs 10,804.56 crore (excluding GST) for the design, supply, construction, installation, upgrading, operation, and maintenance of the middle-mile network of BharatNet.

According to the exchange filing, the Company has received 2 (Two) Advance Work Orders dated 25th March 2025 from Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) for the Design, Supply, Construction, Installation, Upgrade, Operation, and Maintenance of BharatNet's middle mile network in Uttarakhand Telecom Circle (against Package No.- 05) and Madhya Pradesh, DNH & DD Telecom Circles (against Package No.- 01).

The first contract, valued at Rs 2,647.12 crore, covers the Uttarakhand telecom circle, while the second, worth Rs 8,157.44 crore, pertains to the Madhya Pradesh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, and Daman & Diu telecom circles. Both projects have a three-year construction period and a 10-year maintenance period. The order size is nearly the same as the company's overall market capitalisation.

Shares of NCC Ltd are trading higher by 4.57% at Rs 214.08.
