Shares of the housing finance and infra stock, HUDCO, will remain focused for investors as the board has approved the raising of bonds up to Rs 2,842.50 crore.
As per the filing stated, Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd’s board has approved the raising of bonds as unsecured, taxable, redeemable, non-convertible, non-cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series -F 2024) aggregating up to Rs. 2,842.50 crore on a private placement basis.

The board approved the dividend in its meeting on March 10, 2025. The record date for determining eligible shareholders has been set as March 14, 2025. The company stated that the dividend payment process will be completed within 30 days of declaration, subject to tax deductions.
Shares of the PSU company are trading lower by 0.98% at Rs 179.61 with dividend yield of 2.46%.
