With the successful statutory inspection and speed trial at full sectional speed on the Mariani-Simaluguri-Dibrugarh section (151 RKM & 193 TKM) in Tinsukia Division, N.F. Railway, IRCON has made significant progress towards Mission 100% Electrification.

The milestone enables 25kV Electric Traction, boosting efficiency and sustainability while reducing carbon emissions.

In a significant development towards achieving Mission 100% Electrification, IRCON has completed the statutory inspection of the Principal Chief Electrical Engineer (PCEE), followed by a speed trial at full sectional speed on the Mariani-Simaluguri-Dibrugarh railway section in the Tinsukia Division of Northeast Frontier (N.F.) Railway.
