SJVN CMD visits Dhaulasidh Hydro Electric Project
Sh Nand Lal Sharma extensively monitored the ongoing works & construction activities and conveyed his satisfaction on the progress.
New Delhi: Sh. Nand Lal Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN visited under construction 60 MW Dhaulasidh Hydro Electric Project. During the visit, Sh. Sharma inaugurated the approach road from Salasi Bridge to Dam Site. The construction of this 3.12-Kilometer long road has been completed in a record time of around 80 days.
At Project Site, Sh, Nand Lal Sharma triggered the ceremonial blast and commenced the construction of Diversion Tunnel of the Project. To expedite the construction activities and to ensure timely commissioning of the Project, Sh. Nand Lal Sharma also inaugurated the Sub-Station (2X630 KVA) constructed for providing construction power to Project. The Power from this substation will be utilized for the construction activities of the Project.
Sh Nand Lal Sharma extensively monitored the ongoing works & construction activities and conveyed his satisfaction on the progress. He exhorted the employees to exhibit accountability, team spirit & innovation to get project completed within scheduled timeline.
He urged all the SJVN employees and representatives of the contractors to follow all safety protocols during construction. He also urged all present to follow Covid appropriate behaviors in all their routine activities.
