SJVN CMD Visits Bikaner Solar Project, Assesses Commissioning Progress
On March 30, 2025, Shri R.K. Chaudhary, Chairman & Managing Director (Additional Charge) of SJVN Limited, visited the 1000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project in Rajasthan. Upon arrival, he was welcomed by the Head of the Project and briefed on the ongoing commissioning activities.

During his visit, Shri Chaudhary reviewed the Trial Run, a critical phase of the commissioning process. He also inspected key infrastructure, including the 400 kV Switchyard, the Main Control Room, and other essential facilities.
A review meeting was conducted with the EPC contractor, M/s Tata Power Solar Systems Ltd., to evaluate the project's progress. Shri Chaudhary appreciated the efforts of the project team and encouraged them to sustain their momentum to ensure the project's timely completion.
