PVUN ltd concludes Summer camp 2023
The Summer Camp 2023 was in line with NTPC’s Girl Empowerment Mission which is a flagship CSR initiative

New Delhi: The fifteen-day-long, Summer Camp 2023 concluded with a glittering closing ceremony at PVUN Ltd. Gracing the occasion, Chief Guest, Shri Ravindra Kumar, CEO(PVUN) spoke at the closing ceremony, expressing his optimism that such camps will certainly accelerate the empowerment of children of Patratu.
He praised the team for their outstanding efforts in making the event a huge success and thanked the Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti and Bal Bhawan for their support. “The enthusiasm and dedication for the final show was beyond amusing to see” he said.

During the course of the camp, the students were exposed to yoga, self-defence, fine arts and other life skills. The Summer Camp 2023 was in line with NTPC’s Girl Empowerment Mission which is a flagship CSR initiative that aims to empower young girls to realize their dreams and aspirations. 80 students across the nearby villages came forward for this camp.
Smt. Alakananda Panda, Vice-President (Swarnrekha Mahila Samiti) appreciated & thanked the young talented bunch for their efforts and making it all a grand success.
The main event of the closing ceremony involved a cultural programme by the children on their learnings of the last 15 days which included Karate, Yoga, dance & theatre performances. Anu, a participant, came forwarded and added, “I felt like home during the summer camp and learnt many new things.”
The event was attended by the parents of the children and the PVUN fraternity. All praised the children and wished them the best for their future.
