PFC Consulting transfers transmission SPV to Adani Energy Solutions
PFC Consulting, transfers Mundra I Transmission Limited SPV to Adani Energy Solutions for Rs. 18.65 crore, boosting green hydrogen/ammonia power supply in Gujarat's Mundra region.
New Delhi: PFC Consulting, an arm of Power Finance Corporation has transferred a project-specific special purpose vehicle (SPV), Mundra I Transmission Limited, to Adani Energy Solutions, an exchange filing reported on Thursday. The consideration amount in the transfer accounts for Rs. 18,65,10,477/- as per the Share Purchase Agreement.
Established for the purpose of developing a supply of power for green hydrogen/ammonia manufacturing potential in the Gujarat Mundra area, Mundra I Transmission Limited Power Finance Corporation (PFC) said in the filing that the asset, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFC Consulting Limited—has been transferred to Adani Energy Solutions Limited, the victorious bidder on March 20.
