NLCIL organised Medical Camp for Women on International Women’s Day

Chennai: On account of International Women’s Day, the Regional Office of NLC India Ltd., at Chennai in association with MGM Healthcare, organized a Medical Camp for Women to promote preventive healthcare.

The camp offered bone density tests and health check-ups, ensuring women’s well-being. Dr. Indhra Nedumaran educated attendees on PCOD, sleep, stress management, breast cancer examination, and HPV vaccination, enhancing health awareness.

The event was graced by the CMD and all Functional Directors of NLCIL, reaffirming their commitment to women's empowerment.

CMD praised women as the backbone of NLCIL, playing a key role in achieving targets. Director (Finance) called women the celebrities of today for their contributions. Director (Power) highlighted India’s historic respect for women, reflected in rivers and languages. Director (Mines) urged women to break boundaries and seize new opportunities. Leaders emphasized staying aware of the world around us and extended Women’s Day wishes to all.
