MSTC Dividend: Declares third Interim dividend and record date
The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited on 26th March, 2025 inter alia declared 3rd Interim Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2024-25.

The Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. on 26th March, 2025 inter alia declared 3rd Interim Dividend @ 45% i.e. Rs. 4.50 per equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration, the company reported through exchange filing.

As per Regulation 42 of the listing regulations the Board has also fixed 2nd April, 2025 as the "record date" for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of such Interim Dividend. The dividend will be credited to the account of the shareholders or the dividend warrant in respect thereof will be dispatched within 30 days from the date of its declaration, it added.
Shares of MSTC Ltd are trading low by 0.88% at Rs 514.00.
