Likha Togu appointed as Non-Official Director of RITES Ltd
New Delhi: State-run RITES Ltd has announced that the Honorable President of India has authorized the re-appointment of Shri Likha Togu as a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of one year, effective April 15, 2025, or until further orders, whichever comes first, according to the Ministry of Railways, Government of India.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Thursday, April 17, 2025 has approved the appointment of Shri Likha Togu as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of one year w.e.f. 15.04.2025 or until further orders, whichever is earlier in accordance with aforesaid order of Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India.

Shri Likha Togu is post graduate from Arunachal University. He has vast experience in different fields He served as President in All Yachuli Student Union (AYSU), Lower Subansiri District (1993-96). He was also appointed as Chairman, Nyishi Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. and served there from 2000 to 2003. Later, he served as Chairman, Likha Pon Foundation (LPF) a nonprofit charitable Organisation from 2014 to 2019.
Earlier he has also served as Independent Director of RITES Limited from 14.01.2022 to 13.01.2025 in accordance with order no. 2021/PL/57/22 dated 14th January, 2022 of Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India.
