Sambalpur: A presentation on book “How to make Organisation where people love to come to work” was given by Mr Anuraj CP, Dy Mgr (HR/HRD) via video conferencing. Mr Keshav Rao, D(P) chaired the session, moderated by Ms Rashmi Singh, Dy Mgr (P/Legal). Executives at HQ & Areas/units of Mahanadi Coalfields Limited attended the session.
As a knowledge sharing initiative, such online sessions would be a regular feature in the company, the Director (P) informed.
