Valedictory Function of WCL Jhankar Mahila Mandal's Gamini Driving School Empowers Women from Marginalized Communities

Jhankar Mahila Mandal's (WCL), Gamini Driving School for Women celebrated the successful completion of its E Rikshaw training program with a valedictory function, where all trainees received their certificates and Learner’s Licenses from the hands of the Chief Guest Smt. Vimala Prasad, President, CILOWS (Coal India Ltd).
