Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri congratulates Vikas Kaushal, newly appointed CMD of HPCL.
New Delhi, March, 12. 2025: Union Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri conveyed his wishes to the newly appointed Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of India’s energy Maharatna HPCL Sh Vikas Kaushal. Kaushal is a seasoned global industry leader with over three decades of experience in energy, oil & gas, and power sectors. He is a chemical engineer from Panjab University, Chandigarh and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
Apart from being elected twice to the Global Board of Directors at Kearney - Management Consulting, which is one of the top tier global management consulting firms, he has been an advisor and consultant to the leadership of all major Global and Indian companies including HPCL Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited GAIL (India) Limited where he worked on several projects of digital transformation, Petchem diversification strategy, procurement optimisation amongst others.
