Shares of Gujarat State Fertilizer and Chemical Ltd are in watch list as the company has announced to hold the board meeting on 20th May, 2025 to declare the financial results and dividend for the shareholders.

This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday,20th May,2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025 and recommendation of Dividend, if any on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25.

Furthermore the company informs about the  participation in the preferential issue of equity shares on private placement basis of Gujarat Industries Power Company Limited (GIPCL) for setting up 75 MW AC Solar Power Plant by GIPCL under Group Captive mode,

on a 50% sharing basis.

In this regard, we have been informed today that 25 MW Phase-1 out of 75 MW Vastan Group Captive Solar Project was successfully commissioned on 24.04.2025 during evening hours, the company said in the regulatory filing.

Further, we wish to inform you that the plant is under stabilization and GSFC has started receiving the power from the project and the intake quantity will increase in due course, it added.

This will result in reduction of overall energy cost of the Company.

Shares of GSFC were closed at Rs 186.41, low by 4.9 percent at NSE.
