GRID INDIA hosted GO15 Governing Board meeting

GRID-INDIA hosted the GO15 Governing Board meeting on 22nd February, 2024. Global grid operators such as PJM USA, CAISO USA, MISO USA, RTE France, SO-UPS Russia, TEPCO Japan, KPX South Korea and ESKOM South Africa, as members of GO15 initiative, participated in the meeting.

The discussions were dedicated to major strategic and technical issues being faced by grid operators such as inertia, black-start, long term planning, storage and resource adequacy. The discussions also focused on future work areas in 2024 such as flexibility, climate change and resilience along with speeding up the permitting processes.
