Efforts of CMOAI Apex on issue of Pay Upgradation of CIL executives
To expedite the issue of Pay Upgradation of CIL executives, Apex President DN Singh and Joint Secretary General Daktara Sahoo met with the honorable Minister of State Coal and Mines.
New Delhi: A committee has been constituted by the Ministry of Coal, chaired by the Joint Secretary, Coal, to find solutions to the Pay Upgrade issue of CIL executives submitted by Coal India Limited. The CMOAI apex Team is putting their efforts into this matter, making frequent visits to MoC, New Delhi, and Kolkatta, and personally intervening with the Chairman, CIL. The same document is attached below.
CMOAI leaders are pressing hard to work on this pending issue, and its members are trying their best to work on it. All important issues, like CFA, Tuition fees waiver for kids of executives, and extension of special leave, are in pipelines at the CIL level.

To expedite the issue of Pay Upgradation of CIL executives, Apex President DN Singh and Joint Secretary General Daktara Sahoo met with the honorable Minister of State Coal and Mines at his New Delhi office and also attended a meeting with Joint Secretary, Coal Shri BP Pati, who is the chairperson of the committee.
The meeting was concluded with very positive outcomes, and hopefully, shortly, the good news of the Long pending Pay Upgradation issue will be solved.
All best efforts have been taken by CMOAI Apex to resolve the issue.
