Coal Indians to prevent sexual harassment at workplaces
New Delhi: Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel & IR), Coal India, administered the pledge to prevent sexual harassment at the workplace to the employees at the company’s Corporate Office in Kolkata. Shri Ranjan also led a walkathon organized to spread awareness to prevent sexual harassment as a part of the ongoing “Sexual Harassment at Workplace Prevention Week.” Coal India is observing the Week in the run-up to, 9th December 2023, the date of the adoption of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act, 2013.
