Chhattisgarh Government approves allotment of 100 acres land to BEML

In a major boost to industrial development, the Chhattisgarh Government has approved the allotment of 100 acres of land to BEML Ltd. at a token rate for setting up a state-of-the-art Heavy Earth Moving Equipment Manufacturing Plant in the state.
This significant decision was taken during a Cabinet meeting chaired by the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai, aimed at promoting local employment, empowering micro and small enterprises, and fostering sustainable industrial growth in the region.
The proposed facility will enhance BEML’s Make in India efforts, enabling the localized production of critical mining and infrastructure equipment. It also underscores BEML’s commitment to contributing meaningfully to Chhattisgarh’s economic and industrial progress.
