BPCL announces interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share, 29 Jan fix as record date
The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on 22nd January 2025 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each i.e.50% for the financial year 2024-25.

The Board of Directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd at its meeting held on 22nd January 2025 has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.5/- per equity share of face value Rs.10/- each i.e.50% for the financial year 2024-25.
Further, the Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, 29th January 2025 as the Record date to determine the eligibility of the shareholders to receive the said Interim Dividend. It may kindly be noted that the above dividend would be paid only through electronic mode on or before 20th February 2025, the company said in an exchange filing.
