He was further assigned with work tours to USA and Australia. He has also served as the Technical Secretary to the Director (Technical), CMPDIL.
He began his career with underground mines of Coal India Ltd. (CIL). Later on, he gained experience with open cast mine projects of Northern Coalfields Ltd. (NCL). Prior to MECL, Shri Pandey was posted as Chief Manager at Central Mine Planning & Design Institute (CMPDI) a Miniratna subsidiary of Coal India Ltd. (CIL) wherein he worked on various high-end projects.
Shri Pandey joined Mineral Exploration And Consultancy Ltd. (MECL) (formerly Mineral Exploration Corporation Ltd.) on 6th April, 2023.
