Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has secured orders amounting to Rs 726 crore from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited for the supply of auto transformers and bus reactors.
The total order value received amounts to Rs. 726 crore, inclusive of GST. The nature of the order includes the manufacturing of auto transformers and bus reactors, as mentioned above, and its related work.
The entire work shall be completed within 18 months from the date of issue of the LOI. The said order falls under the normal course of business and does not fall within related party transactions, the filing stated.
