Vendor Development Programme at WCL Nagpur
New Delhi: MSME-DFO Nagpur and WCL Nagpur organizes Vendor Development Programme (VDP) for WCL on 20-21 November 2023 at WCL Civil lines Nagpur. Programme is supported by Buttibori Manufacturers Association (BMA), Maharahstra Industries association (MIA) & Dalit Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industries (DICCI).
The main objective of the programme is to create common platform for WCL / GeM as buyers & MSEs as sellers. Govt. of India has announced Public Procurement Policy from 2012 As per the Public procurement Policy is it mandatory for central ministries/CPSUs to procure minimum 25% of their annual procurement from Micro, Small Enterprises(MSEs) out of which 4% earmarked for procurement from MSEs owned by SC/ST entrepreneurs & 3% by women entrepreneurs. The programme will benefit the MSEs by supporting them in marketing of products manufactured and services rendered by them.

Vendors and Entrepreneurs are invited to participate in Vendor Development Program to explore the possibility to become a vendor for supply of Goods or Works or Services to WCL.
