V K Singh Takes charge as Director (Technical) of REC Limited

New Delhi: Shri V K Singh has taken charge as Director (Technical) of REC Limited. Before this elevation, he was Executive Director at REC, holding portfolios of key business areas including Private Sector Project Management, Entity Appraisal, and Procurement. 

Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) on March 3, 2022, recommended his name for the post of Director-Technical, REC Limited. 

Earlier he was serving as Executive Director, in the same company. With over 32 years of vast experience in technical, commercial, finance and operations he functions across the leading power sector PSUs. 

In 1989-91 he kick-off his career in a power sector premier organisation namely NTPC Limited after that he joined Power Grid.
