UCO Bank Appoints Ms. Rachna Khare as Shareholder Director
State-owned UCO Bank has announced through an exchange filing that Ms. Rachna Khare has assumed the office of Shareholder Director of the Bank w.e.f. 10.01.2025. She will hold office for a term of three years from 10.01.2025 to 09.01.2028.
Ms. Rachna Khare holds a Master’s degree in Botany with a specialization in Ecology and Environment. She recently retired from the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) on November 30, 2024, where she served as Executive Director, overseeing Customer Relationship Management and Policy Servicing (CRM/PS).
With over three decades of experience at LIC, Ms. Khare has held diverse roles across various functions, including Digital transformation, international expansion of Business, Regulatory compliance, etc.
