Trains which are departing and arriving to new delhi were delayed on Thursday morning. 22 trains heading towards Delhi are experiencing delays and some trains running behind schedule by up to 9.5 hours.
The dense fog has resulted in delays for 14 trains, including routes such as Puri-New Delhi, Howrah-New Delhi, Kanpur-New Delhi, and more. Passengers are advised to stay informed and keep track of the revised schedules provided by the Indian Railways.

The adverse weather conditions have also impacted the operations at Delhi Airport, with around 30 flights, including international ones, being delayed or diverted. The airport has implemented the use of a CAT-III Instrument Landing System to facilitate landings in low visibility conditions.
