Telecom PSU stock, ITI share price hits 5% upper circuit, Check details

On Friday, February 21, 2025, the price of ITI shares was in demand since the scrip was stuck in the 5% upper circuit at Rs 284 per share. Following the company's notification that it had gotten an amended order from the AMRCD, ITI's share price increased.

The ruling stipulates that ITI must sell C-DoT its 22.258 acres of land in Bangalore's Electronic City for a total of Rs 200 crore through a sale transaction.

According to the signed sale agreement, ITI got the first payment of Rs 100 crore from C-DoT on February 19, 2025, as part of the updated AMRCD order.

"The company has received a revised order from the AMRCD, stipulating that ITI shall transfer its 22.258 acres of land situated at Electronic City, Bangalore, to C-DoT through a sale deed for a consideration of Rs. 200 crore," ITI stated in an exchange filing. It is anticipated that the remaining amount will be paid after further statutory requirements have been fulfilled.

According to the BSE, the market capitalization of ITI is Rs 27,289 crore. The ITI share’s 52-week high is Rs 592.85, while its 52-week low is Rs 210.20 per share. At 10:09 AM, shares of ITI were trading 3.05 percent higher at Rs 308.90 per share.
