Tapas Kumar Pattanayak recommended for Director (HR) of NALCO
He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Monday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (HR) at Refineries Headquarters of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
Tapas Kumar Pattanayak recommended for Director (HR) of NALCO
Tapas Kumar Pattanayak has been selected as the next Director (HR) of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a PSU under the Ministry of Mines.
He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Monday. Presently, he is serving as Executive Director (HR) at Refineries Headquarters of Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
Mr. Pattanayak has been recommended for the post of Director (HR) of NALCO from a list of 12 candidates, who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel in its selection meeting held on October 12. Out of 12 candidates, two candidates each from Indian Railways, SAIL, and NTPC, and one each from NALCO, NTCL, BSNL, Indian Oil, NBCC (India) Limited and REC Limited.

He will also report directly to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), playing a critical role in shaping the company’s HR policies and contributing to its overall management and growth.
