SHRM India Partners with B20 on Task Force for the Future of Work, Skilling, and Mobility
At the ongoing B20 Conference on the Future of Work, Skilling, and Mobility held at Indore, the SHRM team applauded all the contributing members and partners in the Task Force.
SHRM India has been a proud networking partner at the B20 Summit and contributed to the Future of Work, Skilling, and Mobility task force.
The Global CEO and President for SHRM, Mr. Johnny C Taylor Jr., is the Co-Chair of the task force created to make a policy on the future of work, skilling, and mobility. The task force will showcase the policy's final draft at the B20 Summit India 2023, where Mr. Taylor will also be speaking.
The SHRM India team led by Ms. Achal Khanna, CEO of SHRM MENA and APAC, along with Ms. Radhika Jaggi, Associate Director of External Relations, India & APAC, Ms. Dedeepya Ajith John, Senior Director - South & Advisory Services, APAC and Mr. Ashissh Kaul, Director, Knowledge & Advisory and Business Head, PSE have been working and coordinating on the policy document.

At the ongoing B20 Conference on the Future of Work, Skilling, and Mobility held at Indore, the SHRM team applauded all the contributing members and partners in the Task Force.
They also thanked team CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) for inviting them for this noble work that will help work, worker and workplaces across the G20 countries.

He also informed the task force members that current advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI) are impacting the workplaces every day and will play a crucial role as participating countries focus on advancing efforts at upskilling and re-skilling individuals.
SHRM also highlighted the need to focus on the Inclusion of Diversity and Inclusion and Mental well-being in such policy-making, which will pave the way for better workplaces and ensure higher returns to the economies of the G20 countries.
