Shri SN Gupta takes charge as CVO of SAIL

New Delhi: Shri SN Gupta, ITS (1992 batch) has assumed the charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL). Shri Gupta has extensive experience of about 30 years in various technical and capacity-building work.

Having joined the Indian Telecom Service (ITS) in the 1992 batch, he has spent over 23 years with expertise in Exchange Installation, Field Operations, Mobile Operations and Personnel and training.

Shri Gupta served as Director in the Central Vigilance Commission for five years and contributed to enhancing the vigilance machinery within the Government. Additionally, he spent two years as Chief Vigilance Officer at the Sports Authority of India, where he played a key role in ensuring transparency and integrity in sports administration.
