SECL, Kobra area achieved highest ever dispatch in history

Coal India's one of the largest coal-producing subsidiaries, South Eastern coalfields Limited's Kobra area achieved a massive milestone on August 29, 2022, of highest-ever dispatch in history.

The company achieved dispatch of 32183.04 Te in its history since the inception of the Area. Earlier the highest dispatch by the Area was 31374.31 Te which had also been achieved in this ongoing fiscal on dated 09.07.22.

On that note, SECL mentioned; "Heartly congratulations to team cobra. We all are looking forward to seeing yet another higher milestone be achieved by Korba & other Areas in the days to come.

SECL has four major coalfields namely, Central India Coalfield (CIC), Korba Coalfields, Mand-Raigarh Coalfield, and Ramkola-Tatapani coalfield. For effective administrative control & operations, the mines have been grouped in 13 administrative Areas.
