SECL commissions sewage treatment plant
With the commissioning of the sewage treatment plant in the Vindhya Colony, Johila area, the employees of the 716 houses located in this colony will be benefitted.
Johilla, Madhya Pradesh: South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. has commissioned a new sewage treatment plant in the Vindhya residential complex of the Johilla area in Madhya Pradesh. The Built cost of plant is Rs. 2.56 crores which can remove contaminants from 350-kilo litres of sewage per day to produce an effluent that is suitable for discharge thereby preventing water pollution from raw sewage discharge.
With the commissioning of the sewage treatment plant in Vindhya Colony, Johila area, the employees of 716 houses located in this colony will be benefitted. The said plant is ready in less than 1 year.
The inauguration program was completed in the presence of Shri Hemant Sharad Pandey, General Manager, Johila region's chief hospitality and all the regional JCC members and members of the regional welfare committee.
