SECL will supply 28.24 lakh tonnes of coal annually to NTPC Khargone

New Delhi: A fuel supply agreement was signed between South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) and NTPC for coal supply to NTPC Khargone on 06 June 2024.

Under this agreement, SECL will supply 28.24 lakh tonnes of coal annually to NTPC Khargone TPS.

NTPC Khargone is the country's first ultra-supercritical thermal power plant and the agreement with SECL will significantly contribute to strengthening the plant's electricity generation capabilities.

The agreement was signed in the presence of NTPC Executive Director (Fuel Management) Shri Pradipta Kumar Mishra, General Manager (Sales & Marketing) from SECL, Shri CB Singh and Shri Chilakapati Sivakumar, Regional Executive Director (WR-2), NTPC and other officials.
