In the meeting members namely Mr. PM Prasad Chairman Coal india Limited, Dr. Prem Sagar Mishra CMD SECL, Dr. B. Veera Reddy, Director Technical, CIL, Shri BP Dubey, Company Secretary, Coal India Limited along with Functional Directors of SECL, Shri SK Pal, Director Technical (Operations), Shri G. Srinivasan Director (Finance) Mr. SN Kapri Director Technical (Planning/Project) Mr. Swapnil Sudhanshu Company Secretary SECL and Independent Director of SECL Dr. Shyam Agarwal and Advocate Gajanan D. Asole were present.

Statutory Auditor and Secretarial Auditor were present in the meeting through VC.
