SAIL-RDCIS inked an MoA with IIT-Kharagpur
New Delhi: Creating a strong industry-academia interface with leading technical institutes for better technology absorption & applications for improved production and maintenance is a focus area at Steel Authority of India Limited.
In this direction, recently SAIL-RDCIS inked an MoA with IIT-Kharagpur on Machine Learning based Health Monitoring of equipment today. This shall go a long way in preventive maintenance of critical equipment and shall ensure high Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) thereby reduce delays in production
