REIL 42nd Annual General Meeting for financial year 2023-24

The 42nd Annual General Meeting of the "Mini Ratna" Company Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited, a Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India, was held on 30.10.2024.

On this occasion, REIL Managing Director, Dr. P.N. Sharma presented the data for the year 2023-24 and said that the Company has posted positive financial results after continuous loss from the last four years and made considerable progress in terms of revenue, profitability, order booking and productivity. Shri Inderjeet Singh, Chairman, REIL reviewed the performance of the Company and gave suggestions to the Company on how to perform better for the coming period.
