Power Grid shares in focus as company declares board meet on 3 Feb, declares record date

The Board of Directors meeting of POWERGRID is scheduled to be held on Monday, 03rd February 2025 to consider and approve, amongst other items of the Agenda, the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee and the declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend out of the profits of the Company, if any, for the FY 2024-25.

The Company has fixed Friday, 07th February 2025 as the 'Record Date' to ascertain the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, if declared, by the Board of Directors.

 Further, the 'Trading Window' of the Company, which has been closed from Tuesday, 31st December, 2024, shall remain closed till Wednesday, 05th February, 2025 (both days inclusive) and the 'Trading Window' will open on Thursday, 06th February, 2025, the exchange filing said.
