PNC Infratech Ltd announces provisional completion of road project
The order-taking Concessionaire is PNC Meerut Haridwar Highways Pvt Ltd under the ambit of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
PNC Infratech Limited is pleased has confirm through exchange filing that a project namely “Four Laning of Meerut – Najibabad section from km 11.500 (design chainage 11.500 Meerut) to km 39+240 (Design Chainage 39.250 Behsuma) and from km 86.590 (Design Chainage 79.500 Bijnor) to km 112.545 (Design Chainage 105.700 Jalalabad) of NH - 119 (New NH - 34) in the State of Uttar Pradesh under Bharatmala Pariyojna on Hybrid Annuity Mode” executed by one of its subsidiary companies namely ‘PNC Meerut Haridwar Highways Private Limited’ (‘Concessionaire’) has provisionally been completed.
Accordingly, the ‘Provisional Completion Certificate’ (PCOD) dated May 06, 2024, declaring the Project fit for entry into commercial operations with effect from May 04, 2024, has been issued by the Independent Engineer on 06th May 2024.

The order is completed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM). The Broad Consideration of Bid Project Cost accounted for Rs.1412.00 Crores (plus Price Index Multiple amount as per the Concession Agreement).
