NEW DELHI- Two-day study visit of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Undertakings is being held at Bhubaneswar. A detailed presentation on NTPC pertaining to the company's growth plans and efforts towards renewables and sustainability to the honourable committee members in presence of Shri Jaikumar Srinivasan, Director(Finance), Shri Ashim Kumar Goswami, Regional Executive Director , ER-II, Shri Animesh Jain, Chief General Manager, Corporate Planning.
Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha chaired the meeting. Shri Sudip Bandyopadhyay, MP, Lok Sabha, Shri Sushil Kumar Singh, MP, Lok Sabha, Shri Janardan Mishra, MP, Lok Sabha, Dr. Amar Patnaik, MP, Rajya Sabha, Shri Arjun Lal Meena, MP, Lok Sabha, Shri Syed Nasir Hussain, MP, Rajya Sabha, Shri Vinod Kumar Tripathi, Jt. Secretary, and Secretary to the delegation along with the officials of the Government of India and participating PSUs were present in the meeting.
A total of nine PSUs including NTPC, Oil India Limited, NALCO, Power Grid, NRL, Grid India, Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India, ECL and SAIL are participating in the study visit conducted for two days 11th-12th January,2023.
