ONGC, CMD Dr. Alka Mittal highlights company's performance at 29th AGM
CMD briefly covered an overview of the economy, industry outlook, highlights of the performance of the Company including subsidiaries, awards & Accolades, and future plans of the Company in her speech.
New Delhi: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited proceeded with its 29th Annual General Meeting on August 29, 2022, through Video Conferencing where Dr. Alka Mittal, Chairman and Managing Director (Additional Charge) of the Company, chaired the meeting.
She briefly covered an overview of the economy, industry outlook, highlights of the performance of the Company including subsidiaries, awards & Accolades, and future plans of the Company in her speech.
With the consent of the Members, the Notice of the Meeting and Reports of the Directors and Auditors on the Financial Statements of the Company for the FY 22 along with other documents were taken as read.
Moreover, the remote e-voting facility was provided to all Members from 25 August 2022 to 28 August 2022. Further, the e-voting facility was also provided at the AGM to those members who did not cast their votes through
In its regulatory filing, the company board had appointed Ms. Ashu Gupta, Practicing Company Secretary, as the Scrutinizer to ensure that e-voting (remote and e-voting during the AGM) is conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
However, the 11 business items, as set out in the Notice of AGM, were proposed for the approval of the members.
The board also approved the final dividend of Rs. 3.25 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22.
