ONGC and Subsidiary HPCL Signs Groundbreaking MoU

New Delhi: ONGC subsidiary Maharatna HPCL signs a groundbreaking MoU with Maharatna ONGC in alignment with new Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India guidelines.
Subsidiary firms are required to establish Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with their parent and holding companies.
