Observance of Vigilance Awareness Week at NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters, Ranchi
During the program, books on Vigilance and Business Ethics were presented.On the occasion Shri Alois Topno,General Manager and Head of the Departments were also present.
Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed at NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters, Ranchi from October 26 to November 1, 2021.This year, the vigilance awareness week theme is “Independent India @ 75: Self Reliance with Integrity”.
During the inaugural day of the Vigilance Awareness week, Regional Executive Director (Coal mining), Shri Partha Mazumder administered the pledge to the employees in the august presence of Shri S K Ray, Head of Project,Talaipalli Coal Mining Project.
During the program, books on Vigilance and Business Ethics were presented.On the occasion Shri Alois Topno,General Manager and Head of the Departments were also present.
This year thrust is given to Public Interest Disclosure and Protection of Informers (PIDPI). An awareness campaign of this year's theme has been created with publicity in offices of NTPC, various schools, colleges, and railway stations with display of banners for wider dissemination.
To observe the Vigilance Awareness Week in a befitting way at NTPC CMHQ, various activities like debate, slogan competition ,Quiz competition ,elocution among school students, housewives, employees, workshop on preventive vigilance among employees , poster competition for school children & vendor meet for vendors will be conducted.
To kick start the awareness week on Vigilance today, quiz competition for employees and speech & quiz competition was organized at various schools in Ranchi in association with NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters.
