NTPC distributes cotton bags, spreads awareness on No Plastic Use
New Delhi: NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters, Ranchi observing swachhta Pakhwada from 16th to 31st May 2022. To create awareness about NO use of plastic bags among vegetable and fruit vendors around their office premises the company distributed cotton bags.
On the occasion, Mr. Wilson Abraham, Head of Human Resources interacted with the vendors and distributed cotton bags to promote the use of eco-friendly bags in place of plastic bags for the distribution of vegetables and fruits among the customers because the use of plastic has serious consequences.
Mr. Tanmay Dutta, AGM (HR), Mr. Y. Debashish, DGM (HR), and Mr. Amit Kumar Behera, Sr. Manager (Corporate Communication) were also present during the distribution programme. During the fortnight of Swachhta Pakhwada, NTPC Coal Mining Headquarters has organized various competitions.
