New Delhi: NTPC, India's largest state-owned power company, has started working on a hydrogen hub in Andhra Pradesh as part of its foray into hydrogen and energy storage solutions. The hub will involve the development of manufacturing facilities for green hydrogen and green ammonia-related equipment, production, and export.

The green hydrogen hub will have a capacity of 1500 TPD (tons per day) at Pudimadaka, with an initial capacity of 1,500 tonnes per day.
