NTPC Begins Commercial Operation of first part Shajapur Solar Project
New Delhi: NTPC Limited today declared COD of the first part capacity of 55 MW out of 105 MW Shajapur Solar Project (Unit-1) of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL)
The company states that the consequent upon successful commissioning and due approvals, the first part capacity of 55 MW out of 105 MW Shajapur Solar Project (Unit-1) in Shajapur Solar Park, MP of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL), a step-down subsidiary of NTPC Limited through its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy Limited, is declared on Commercial Operation w.e.f. 00:00 Hrs. of 29.11.2024.

With this, the total installed and commercial capacity of the NTPC group has now become 76530.68 MW
