NLC India to announce final dividend at AGM on 25 Sept
CPSE NLC India Ltd has announced the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is going to held on Wednesday, the 25th of September, 2024 at 15:00 Hours (IST) through Video Conferencing (“VC”)/Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM”).
The shares of the company are trading high at Rs 276.55, up by 0.31%. The market capitalization of the PSU Company is standing at Rs 38.31 thousand crores.
"NLC India declared an equity dividend of 30% or Rs 3 per share for the year ending March 2024. The dividend yield was 1.09% at the current share price of Rs 275.45"
