NHPC's Teesta-V Power Station signs an MOU with Namchi District to build an ICDS Centre, providing health and nutrition services for children, pregnant women, and adolescent girls.
NHPC 510 MW Teesta-V Power Station has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the District Administration of Namchi, Sikkim for the 'Construction of ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services) Centre at Linkutar in Namchi District of Sikkim' under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The ICDS programme, also referred to as Anganwadi Centre, focuses on providing essential health and nutrition services to children, pregnant women, and adolescent girls.
