NHPC signs MoU with Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dhemaji
New Delhi: The State-owned NHPC 2000MW Subansiri Lower HE Project has signed an MOU with Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya in Dhemaji.
The MOU was signed in the presence of Sh. Rajendra Prasad, Executive Director of Subansiri Lower HE Project. The agreement is for the construction of 4 classrooms (ground floor & 1st floor) with a staircase, with a financial implication of Rs. 70.00 Lakhs for Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dhemaji.
This initiative comes under the CSR&SD initiatives of NHPC. Smt. Rebati Devi, Joint Secretary of Vivekananda Kendra Siksha Prasar Vibhag, Guwahati, signed the MOU on behalf of VKV, and Sh. Sanaka Luha, General Manager of the CSR&SD Division, signed on behalf of NHPC Limited.
All Senior Officers of Subansiri Lower HE Project and Principal and teachers of VKV Dhemaji were present on this occasion.
