The RRTS booking option will be visible on the PNR confirmation page and accessible through the user’s train ticket booking history.

Each RRTS ticket will feature a unique QR code printed on the Electronic Reservation Slip (ERS), valid for four days from the day before to two days after the journey date.

Namo Bharat ticket fares will be collected alongside the IRCTC convenience fee (Rs. 5 + taxes) through online payment methods. Full refunds will be issued for RRTS fares if canceled, but convenience fees and taxes are non-refundable.
