The second order from New India Assurance, worth Rs 136 crore, is for the demolition and design engineering, construction, and furnishing of four buildings of the company in Andheri and Malad in Mumbai.

State-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has bagged multiple orders, collectively worth Rs 448.74 ac. The company received the orders from GAIL, New India Assurance, and the principal chief commissioner of income tax, UP (West), and Uttarakhand, Kanpur. The GAIL order, worth Rs 50 crore, is for the planning, designing, and execution of interior/fit-out works at the company's office space across three floors in New Delhi.
The second order from New India Assurance, worth Rs 136 crore, is for the demolition and design engineering, construction, and furnishing of four buildings of the company in Andheri and Malad in Mumbai.
The last order, worth Rs 262.74 crore is for the construction of Pratyaksha Kar Bhawan and residential complex, MSTU setup at Kheora Bangar in Kanpur (UP).
