NBCC Q2 results, Net Profit rises 53% to Rs 122 Crore
The project management consultancy segment revenue jumped from Rs 1892.17 crore in the previous year to Rs 2177.77 crore in the September quarter.

Navratna firm NBCC India reported a significant increase in net profit, rising by 53.42% year-on-year to reach Rs 122.11 crore for the quarter. The construction company's revenue also saw growth, increasing by 19.44% to Rs 2,458.72 crore between July and September. In the same quarter of the previous year, NBCC India had posted a net profit of Rs 79.59 crore and revenue of Rs 2,058.52 crore.
The project management consultancy segment revenue jumped from Rs 1892.17 crore in the previous year to Rs 2177.77 crore in the September quarter. The engineering, procurement, and construction segment revenue jumped to Rs 209.60 crore from Rs 127.11 crore in the previous year.
Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at Rs 100 crore, which was 4.6% higher than the same quarter last year. EBITDA margin, however, narrowed on a year-on-year basis by 50 basis points to 4.1% from 4.6% during the same period last year.
